In order to fix the issue, try removing the software from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and then install it again. If it doesn't help, unplug the AC800C device, wait several seconds, connect it again, press Windows + Pause/Break key combination, open Device Manager and press Scan for hardware changes icon. Alternatively, use the Contacts page to get in touch with the support team.
